Mornings by the Lake -My days at Evaan’s Casa began with soft sunrays and the gentle murmur of Vembanad Lake. Sitting by the lakefront lounge with a cup of chai, I watched houseboats glide through the shimmering waters. The calmness around felt almost magical — as if time itself slowed down to let me breathe. The morning breeze carried the scent of coconut trees and distant songs of fishermen beginning their day.

Through the Paddy Fields-Later, I wandered through the lush green paddy fields just behind Evaan’s Casa.
